If your organization provides a service or program that is a free or minimal fee that is designed to assist families or individuals improve their quality of life.  And you are interested in participating as a vendor, contact Karen Collins at the above email address.

If you have vacant positions to fill, we have an opportunity for you. Your human resources or employment office is invited to participate in the East Hillsborough Discovery Quest (EHDQ).

The event is free to the public. The primary purpose is to connect residents of East Hillsborough County by bringing a variety of service providers, career and job opportunities to a venue where residents could learn more about what is available, as well as sign up for programs, and attend brief seminars. Not everyone in attendance will need assistance, but by learning about what is available they can help connect friends, family and co-workers.

EHDQ incorporates a variety of other activities for the family, and showcases our local musicians and artist. The day will include door prizes, children and family activities, live entertainment, the I-4 Food Truck War, and an opportunity for people to connect to services, programs, jobs and career opportunities.

This event is organized by the East Hillsborough Advisory Council, which serves the Plant City Neighborhood Service Center, along with the City of Plant City, Hillsborough County’s Neighborhood Service Center, New Hope at the Cornerstone, and several local non-profits, civic organizations, churches and volunteers.
